Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. 

How do you return your order?

• Send an email to info@damarisjewellery.nl with your order number and the reason for return.

• You will receive a returns form from us.

• Send the product(s) in the original packaging, together with the returns form, to the address stated on the returns form.

• The costs of return shipping are at your expense.

When will you receive your money back?

We will process your return within 14 days of receipt. You will receive your money back within a few working days after processing your return.

Exclusions

The right of return does not apply to:

• Products that are tailor-made or personalized.
• Products that have been worn or damaged.
• Products with an opened packaging (for hygiene reasons )

Please note: This returns policy only applies to orders placed via the Damaris Jewelery webshop. For orders placed through another store, the terms and conditions of that store apply.
